Porcelier wall fixture in creamy white with original tag. This has been cleaned and rewired-The outlet is not wired because it does not meet code. Mounting hardware is included. 5 1/8 inches by 5 inches with a 4 5/8 inch reach.  This will hold a sconce shade which is not included.  Sconce Shades
