This has a pretty floral decoration in multi colors. No switch-will work only from a wall switch. This has a hole for a pull chain which would not meet code.The back measures 10 1/4 inches long and 5 3/4 inches wide with a drop of 3 1/4 inches without bulbs.   This is a Porcelier fixture.
