This is a Porcelier  2 light ceiling or wall fixture in creamy white.  This piece has been rewired and is ready to mount.  This has a design of flowers, hand painted in  Blue and terra cotta with green leaves.   It measures 9 1/2 inches long, 5 1/2 inches wide  This would be mounted to your existing ceiling or wall box and  operated by a wall switch. Matches 608 but different bulb rings.
