Here is a nice Porcelier single light fixture which matches a sconce and double light we have shown here. The flowers are pink and blue with green leaves. This has been cleaned and rewired.  The pull chain hole is empty as a pull chain on this does not meet code.  6 inches wide, 3 1/8 inches extension without a bulb.
