Here is a really beautiful ceiling
chandelier from the 1920 to 30's era. The fixture has a been
completely dismantled, cleaned and rewired. A new updated
ceiling cap has been added and it has received a new UL listed socket. This
is an absolutely lovely fixture. The stem is elegant pressed glass
with a top bobeche holding 6 prisms. The total length is 31 inches
but this can be shortened by removing links of chain (up to 3, each 1
1/4 inches long); The shade bead chains can also be shortened (or
lengthened). The shade has a center hole but retains its original
3 chain adaptor which is unusual. This is a one socket fixture.
Recommended wattage is 100 watts or less. The gorgeous shade is 11
inches across and 5 inches deep. It is depression pink-with peachy
undertones. The large panels are satin (frosted) and alternate
with clear smaller panels. Each satin panel has a small muted spray of
poppies near the rim. There is a beautiful clear embossed ring
around the face, surrounding the finial and the upper rim is gracefully
shaped.
Adding American made vintage or antique lighting to your decor
brings a touch of the past into your daily life while providing quality
that is not available in most of the fixtures produced these days. Price: $165.00 EH 104 |
